Chop 1 cup cauliflower, half cup french beans, 1 cup peas, 1 cup carrot, and 4 medium-sized potatoes. Cook for 1 whistle in a pressure cooker and then mash the vegetables.In a pan, add 4 tbsp butter, a pinch of asafoetida, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 3 finely chopped onions, and 2 finely chopped capsicum. When the onions turn transparent pink, add 5 finely chopped tomatoes, 4 tbsp Chounk Pav Bhaji Masala, ½ tsp Chounk Red Chilly Powder, 2 tsp Chounk Coriander Powder, ½ tsp Chounk Turmeric Powder, ½ tsp Chounk Garam Masala Powder, 1 tsp Chounk Amchoor Powder and salt (to taste). Let these simmer for 10 mins.Now, add the mashed vegetables and let it cook on low flame for 20-30 mins. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, onion rings, butter, and lemon juice.Serves 4-5 people

Heat 2 tbsp oil and sauté 2 finely chopped onions. To this, add1 tsp ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2 mins and then add 1 cup pureed tomatoes. Put 2 tsp Chounk Coriander powder,1/2 tsp Chounk Chilly powder, and 1/2 tsp Chounk Turmeric powder. Then, add 2 cup peas and 2 cups of chopped methi patta. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes. Add 100 gms malai(cream) and 4 tsp Chounk Kitchen King masala and 1 cup water. Cook on medium flame for 20-25 min. Serve with Lacha Paratha/ Naan.Serves 4-5 people

ake 1 kg Chicken and marinate it for one hour with 3 tsp Chounk Chicken Masala and 1 tbsp curd. In a pan, sauté 4-5 finely chopped onions and 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste. To this, add the marinated chicken. Cover and cook for 30 mins. Add 2 finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 15 mins. Add salt to taste.Serves 4 people

Soak 500gms chickpeas overnight. Rinse the water and boil the chickpeas in a cooker for a whistle and then on low flame for around 20 mins. Make a paste of 4 tomatoes and some ginger in the mixer.Separately, take a pan and put some ghee, Chounk cumin seeds, and asafoetida. Fry till the cumin seeds turn light brown. Now add the tomato-ginger paste and sauté. To this, add 2 tbsp Chounk Chana Masala and salt to taste. Cook it for a minute and add boiled chick peas and some water and cook for 5 mins. Serve hot and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.Serves 4-5 people.

Wash and soak 100 gms Tuhar dal for 15 minutes and then give one whistle in the pressure cooker.In another vessel, take 1 cup tamarind juice, 1 cup chopped vegetables, salt to taste and 5 tsp Chounk Sambhar Masala. Give this one boil and add the dal and give another boil.In a pan add 1 tbsp oil, ½ tsp Chounk mustard seeds, 10 curry leaves, and 1 finely chopped onion. Sauté till the onions turn light pink, then add 2 finely ground tomatoes and 2 tbsp finely ground coconut. Sauté till the oil oozes out then add the mixture to the dal. Boil for 5-10 minutes.Serves 2-3 people.

For marinating 500 gms of meat, make a fine paste of 2.5 onions and add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste. To this, add salt and 4 tbsp strained curd. Marinate cleaned and cut mutton pieces with this and keep for 2 hrs.Separately, heat 4 tbsp oil and sauté 4 onions. Now add the marinated mutton, along with 3 tsp Chounk Meat Masala. Cook for 4 mins. Add 2 cups water and pressure cook for 12 mins.Serves 4 people
